Constitution

Money
Like a drop of water
On top of a mountain flows
Downward, to become
A tiny stream

Naturally moving toward
The valley, to become
A pond, or a river
Continuing, flowing
Toward the ocean

Each larger
Body of water — rich
Is made, constituted by
Drops of water — poor

Once seen
The folly ends

The flow reverses
